Job Description - Service Delivery Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Task adherence to budget, schedule and scope.
  • Submit task / project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Global Resource Management and pooling sufficient data of international engineer’s/human resources.
  • Establish and execute a task / project communication plan.
  • Keep the portal updated on daily basis.
  • Day to day management of various projects control processes, including deliverable configuration management, issue and risk management, resource management and quality management.
  • Complete ownership of position / assigned work and tasks (from the origin till execution i.e. Booking, Execution, Billing and escalation, if any) with high spirit.
  • Managing all the required database for clients/engineers related to the required project or task.

Technical Skills:

  • Respond Customer via emails in given SLA, Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Ticket generation on incident management.
  • Coordinate internally with team on open cases & provide updates.
  • Able to understand customer issue & guide according to process & policies.

Soft Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Email Etiquettes.
  • Positive Attitude and pro-activeness.
  • Good communication skills (Written & Spoken).
  • Being able to deal with all types of people.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Education: BBA, BS Management/Project Management

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Gulberg, Lahore

Salary: 55k-60k
