Job Description:
- Provided new ideas for systems, process improvement, and organization.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Assist the Business Development team with Key projects and tasks.
- Assist, establish and maintain strong working relationships with Business Development team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Engage prospects through relevant channels such as social media, events, campaigns, queries, and email with a view to developing them into qualified leads.
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with associated sales manager to align selling efforts.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems (We’ll provide training for that).
About You:
- Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Preferable) in sales, business management or marketing field from well reputed HEC recognized universities.
- Experience - 0-2 years of Experience (Preferable)
- Applications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Language - Proficient in Urdu and English
- Skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Target-oriented - You are motivated by stretch targets that facilitate business growth and reward you for direct impact
- Customer focused - You are excited to learn about your prospect’s business and rely on data to help solve issues
- Process driven - You enjoy developing, documenting, and following procedures to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and defensible

What we are Giving:
Salary: 20,000 (Internship Period)
60,000 (Permanent) plus sales commission (150k - 200k).
