Job Description:

  • Provided new ideas for systems, process improvement, and organization.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Assist the Business Development team with Key projects and tasks.
  • Assist, establish and maintain strong working relationships with Business Development team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Engage prospects through relevant channels such as social media, events, campaigns, queries, and email with a view to developing them into qualified leads.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with associated sales manager to align selling efforts.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems (We’ll provide training for that).

About You:

  • Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (Preferable) in sales, business management or marketing field from well reputed HEC recognized universities.
  • Experience - 0-2 years of Experience (Preferable)
  • Applications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Language - Proficient in Urdu and English
  • Skills - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Target-oriented - You are motivated by stretch targets that facilitate business growth and reward you for direct impact
  • Customer focused - You are excited to learn about your prospect’s business and rely on data to help solve issues

What we are Giving:

Salary: 20,000 (Internship Period)

60,000 (Permanent) plus sales commission (150k - 200k).
