Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all product realization processes are carried out as per defined work instructions.
- To ensure that all quality assurance parameters are followed on production floor.
- To inspect the first sample at all stages of product realization.
- To implement process monitoring tools and to maintain its record.
- Ensure no vendor rejection comes to production floor.
- To inspect first sample at all stages of product realization.
- To take on line decisions for rework and rejection.
- Identification of reasons for rework and rejection on production floor.
- Removal of rejection & rework from all stages of product realization on daily basis.
- Ensure 100% reports submission on daily basis.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly process control reports.
- Implementation of identified solutions for control of rework and rejection.
