Job Description
- Provide administrative support to HR department
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Collecting daily, weekly or monthly attendance, overtime sheets and update leave record
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Coordinate interview and Inform applicants about job details
- Perform Other HR tasks assigned by HR Manager/Assistant Manager
Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
