• Establishing new processes and systems for effective procurement.
• Developing the company’s purchasing strategy.
• Develop the RFQ and TORs for procurement.
• Preparing budget of procurement.
• Establishing a central procurement service.
• Investigating the commercial integrity of sub-contracts.
• Developing good relationships with key suppliers to ensure best value for money.
• Setting targets for members of the procurement team.
• Maintain data base of suppliers.
• Develop criteria for selection of new suppliers.
• Manage procurement (local/imports) to maintain required inventory..
