Job description:
- Work with other designers and cross-functionally with UX, engineering & product management on the design & implementation of new game features & mechanics.
- Create and own the implementation of fun, engaging in-game events & other game content.
- Understand the player & voice the player’s exp with the game, approaching design by putting the player first.
- Assess & apply feedback to improve game engagement, monetization & retention.
- Define player need to make interesting choices & adapted to situation in the game, interface or menus.
- Adjust the game systems to allow the player to elaborate valid strategies in phase with the experience sought
Requirements:
- Min 4-5 years’ exp in mobile game design, including at least 2 years on a game in live ops
- Exp creating game mechanics, features & content designed to appeal to a casual audience
- Exp writing clear & concise game design documentation, specs, user flows, and feature documentation
