Job responsiblities and reqquirements
- Responsible for administration of Head Office including mess management, cleanliness, maintenance of company cars/transport and general facilities
- Ensure security of Head Office by managing security staff recruitment, training and general administration
- Develop and implement policies to improve departmental operations
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Supervise day-to-day operations of administrative department and staff members.
- Liaison with relevant Government departments like General Administration, LDA, motor registration authorities, local courts etc.
- Retired army officer (Lt Colonel/Major) or Master’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
