Roles & Responsibility:

This position manages the knit to pack Quality control functions. Supervise Quality Control team and their functions i:e quality inline audits, incoming materials audit and end of line inspections. Execute Production readiness activities, Risk assessment and Bulk Quality standards. Manages the trend analysis to identify potential Non-conformance areas. Area of responsibility includes but not limited to ensure that there are no non-conformance issues in production and to meet all knitting/TC unit’s quality targets. Finding process improvement potential and gaps in current process.

Qualification:

MBA/MCom/ BS Textile /Garment

Experience:

8~10 years’ relevant experience in the field of operations/quality of knitwear/garments/socks concern

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of SQC tools, Fundamental knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, Basic knowledge of 8 Step PDCA techniques, good knowledge of yarn behaviors, fabric types and properties. Good knowledge of knitting/TC quality parameters, basic knowledge of technical audits.
