Job Description :
- Developing and Implementing new processes as well as reengineering existing processes leading to efficient operations
- Meeting with the Area heads to assess existing processes and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements in existing processes
- Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems
- Developing standardized processes for process upgrades
- Developing Dashboards for the managers to gauge results of process improvement initiatives. (impact and value addition)
- Monitor that the correct process is being followed on identified SLA, incase of discrepancy, escalation required at all levels
- Developing escalation matrix for process compliance
- Performing process simulation and troubleshooting issues
- Empowering teams by communicating process changes in order to ensure that they are fully trained on new processes and procedures (Collaboration and Cooperation)
- Documenting all new processes with SOP to be followed
