Duties and responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Jotun Shop Concept standard by monitoring the implementation of new
• shops and evaluating existing shops according to the regional guidelines to sustain Jotun brand image
• in the market and provide customers with an exceptional experience.
• Develop and maintain promotional activities by monitoring regional programs and planning for
• exhibitions, events and seminars for end users, interior designers and fresh graduates to increase
• sales, Jotun brand awareness and footfall on our shop network.
• Coordinate with the regional retail development team in developing and implementation of regional
• promotional programs and projects in the local market.
• Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluation on successful implementation of retail
• programs in the local market.
• Organize, develop, motivate and lead Multicolor team by setting clear targets and framework, coaching,
• supporting, and following up each team member in line with Penguin Spirit to ensure effectiveness and
• efficiency of whole team.
• Guide and lead technical service team by coaching, monitoring and supervising daily activities to
• ensure achievement of team objectives.
