Job Roles
- Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Claim creation, submission, and follow-up management
- Payment posting from EOBs/ERAs
- Denial management
- Weekly and Monthly detailed reporting.
Work Experience and Skills
- Minimum one (01) year experience in medical billing, claims follow-up and insurance calls.
- Proficient with insurance verification process (co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, out-of-pocket, pre-authorization)
- Advanced skill in posting ERA/EOBs.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and EMR Software (Prior Athena EMR experience is preferred).
- Basic knowledge of HITECH and HIPPA rules & regulations.
- Excellent English language proficiency (writing, listening, speaking) is required. Off-shore call center experience will be preferred.

- Monday – Friday (Night Shift: 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM)
