Job Description:

 Program Planning

Provide direction and support to project team to adhere all quality standards during the program planning and implementation. Prepare and implement Program Implementation/ Management Plan. Prepare and review budgets of the program in consultation with operations and finance team.

Program Implementation

Ensure the smooth and optimum functions of the program, using personal initiative to push the program into the future and optimize activities. Implementation of the program activities according to the program plan in coordination with program teams and provincial coordinators. Ensure that the program deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

Coordination

Develop strong liaison and collaboration with all stakeholders including Donors, Govt. Departments and NGOs working on education. Coordination with resource persons including young authors, poets and actors Conduct field visit to provide guidance and leadership to program teams across Pakistan.

Program Monitoring

Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of the ongoing program deliverables according to agreed LFA and work plan and dissemination of findings among relevant stakeholders.
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Review the quality of the work completed with the program team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the program standards.

Resource Mobilization

Mobilize resources through proposal writing for new projects.
Create partnerships with public, private stakeholders, INGOs, and philanthropists to generate funding for the project initiatives.

Report Writing

Write all progress reports (summary and narrative): Monthly, Quarterly and annual report as per donor’s requirement. Monthly update CLF management of program progress against set targets. Prepare and deliver presentation of project progress to stakeholders on monthly basis.
