Job Description:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Managing paperwork with clients and employees
- Updating internal databases with new hire information
- Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Managing payroll and maintaining record for leaves
- Publishing and removing job ads
- Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
- Developing training and onboarding material
- Responding to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
- Preparing offer letters, experience certificates, pay stubs, and other similar documents
- Managing office space and handling logistics
- Arranging team dinners and other social activities
- Invoicing and record keeping
