About The Job  

•             Sound knowledge of accounting system and ERPs preferably Odoo; 

•             Ability to post accounting entries into the system; 

•             Ability to prepare daily bank and cash related vouchers for payment and receipt purposes; 

•             Should be able to prepare monthly bank, cash and vendor reconciliation statements; 

•             Have knowledge pertaining to implications of income tax, sales tax and PRA; 

•             Should have basic knowledge of recurring tax filings; 

•             Capability to support in the monthly closing process along with the Seniors; 

•             Should possess analytical skills to prepare variance analysis compared to PY and Budget; 

•             Ability to assist in drafting of accounting and procurement policies; 

•             Know how to maintain a fixed asset register within the ERP; 

•             Coordination for annual external audit along with the Seniors; 

•             Ad-hoc assignments as given by the HOD 

Skills Required 

•             Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; 

•             Familiarity with ERPs’ preferably Odoo; 

•             Good written and verbal English communication skills; 

•             Time and stress management; 

•             Teamwork
