Job Description:
- Share accurate quotations to clients, respond and update them regarding the progress of all orders.
- Monitor shipment process and address issues promptly.
- Maintain effective verbal and written communication with international clients and vendors and ensure international trade compliance.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports and submit them to the line manager.
- Prepare job cards and collaborate with the Finance Department for payments.
