Job Description
- Manage overall accounts of factory
- Management of factory funds flow
- Monitoring daily expenses
- Define & maintain operational policy & procedure
- Look after trouble free and smoothly running of Networking infrastructure
- Ensure proper operation SCM Module within factory
- Prepare DPR for Management on daily basis
- Look after the scrap sale activity
- Carry out factory audit on annual basis
- Maintain department wise monthly expenses record and present it factory head by the 7th of every month
- Vendors management and reconciliation with H/O
- Liaison with all banks officers related to hypothecation stock inspection
- Inspection of inventory items & main store
- Preparation of salary
- Carry out special tasks as advised by management
