Generation Pakistan- Foundation for Youth Employment Pakistan

Foundation for Youth Employment Pakistan (FYEP) is a not-for-profit in Pakistan, registered in 2019 under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. FYEP is a licensee of Generation: You Employed Inc. To date, FYEP has launched and run six programs in Pakistan in the retail, microfinance, customer service, healthcare, and ICT sectors. Generation: You Employed, Inc. (Generation) is a global nonprofit that transforms education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. The organization was founded by McKinsey & Company in 2014, and is headquartered in Washington, DC. To date, over 36,000 learners have graduated from Generation programs, which prepares them for careers in 150+ cities across 14 countries. We offer 27 professional programs, seven of which are in the technology sector: Java Developer, Cloud Support Technician, Robotics Process Automation Technician, Digital Marketer, Digital Customer Success Technician, Web Developer, and IT Help Desk Technician. Our graduates work with 3,400+ employer partners, and our programs are delivered through a network of 75+ implementation partners. Our global job-attainment rate within three months of graduation is 80%, and 67% of our graduates remain employed at the one-year mark after their graduation, both of which are multiples higher than our peers. For technology roles, our job placement rate is 85% within three months, and 85% continue to be employed at the one-year mark.
