Job Summary:
We are looking to fill the position of Assistant Manager Accounts at Master Group of Industries, Energy Division. This position is responsible to look after company’s accounts payables and payments and record expenses with utmost transparency.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly sales tax, withholding tax details and monthly budget.
• Entry in Payable Module, receivable module, cash management and input of currency rates in ERP.
• Preparation and posting of Bank Transfers after approval from Deputy Manager ERP on timely basis.
• Make all necessary arrangements for salary payments.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and report to Deputy Manager Accounts and Finance
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements with ratio analysis & working capital reports and report to Deputy
• Manager Accounts & Finance.
• Assist Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts in filing of Monthly Tax Returns and Withholding Statements (Sales Tax and Income Tax).
• Maintain foreign bank accounts for the calculation of average exchange rate for booking of transactions in foreign currency.
• Assist Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts in handling the Taxation & SECP Compliance & other ancillary matters (Income Tax & Sales Tax).
• Prepare tax deduction certificates for Master Green Employees.
• Preparing Sales tax reconciliation and recording transactions for Sales tax on monthly basis.
• Any other task assigned by the management regarding Accounts and Finance from time to time.
