Job Description: 

Product Executive will be responsible for helping business grow via creation of content ensured by thorough research and analytics. Manage different YouTube channels, Creators and Digital products; work on their business models, handle community and social media marketing and create relevant shoulder content. The personnel will work closely with Senior Management to identify gaps in the market and capitalize on those opportunities.

Major responsibilities:


  • Market research for relevant categories to lead content strategy
  • Make a content plan for the Channels/Apps/Products (Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly)
  • Research trending topics related to the category and share with creators weekly
  • Work on the marketing strategies based on Research for YouTube and social media

Content Creation

  • Work on the Pre-production of content shoots
  • Hold PPM meetings and share objectives with the Production team
  • Coordinate with Creator for content creation
  • Finalize Brand kits
  • Coordinate with the Post Production and Design team and review the final videos/content

Distribution and Marketing

  • Manage YouTube Channels including content development and distribution
  • Manage social media integration for the channels and create integrated marketing campaigns for the content
  • Community management of the channels/pages and planning engagement campaigns for the content
  • Update Channel Metadata – Master tags, Descriptions, Playlists, Titles
  • Create and execute custom distribution strategies
  • Coordinate with the YT team for distribution of the content


  • Analyze channel performance daily
  • Present weekly stats to Line Manager in Pulse call and share reports with Creators
  • Highlight improvement areas for creators/internal content

Cross Platform (Other than YT)

  • Handle Product Websites, Apps, Online accounts and social media; to be updated regularly based on recent happenings or changing business dynamics
  • Liaison with development team for development of Applications for different products/stand alone.
