Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Represent company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
- Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
- Maintain working relationships with existing and new clients to ensure exceptional service.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
- Coordinate all public relations activities.
- Strong Communications Skills.
