Job Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assist in maintaining human resource files and documentation.
- Processing of employee medical insurance and liaison with the insurance company
- Processing of Fuel cards for employees and liaison with the Fuel company
- Coordination with the payroll provider in resolving employee queries.
- Help in arranging office events
- Assist in preparing employee letters e.g. Bank letters/ experience letters etc
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in the field of HR/ Admin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and good knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Knowledge of MS Office, and comfortable learning new processes as needed
