Job Responsibilities:
- Providing BPO services to our US Clients
- Providing support to clients by effectively handling email
- Completing tickets assigned for data entry
- Maintaining accuracy and speed for the data entry assignments
- Communication / Interacting with clients
- Discussing complicated matters with the Manager, team leaders and other professionals effectively to settle and understand the important issues.
- Making strategies and ensuring for lessening the number of mistakes or errors so has to monitor day to day.
- Responsibility also includes carrying out the professional services, like legal services, business and analytical research and analysis.
- Providing effective client service such as handling complicated queries, issues, complaints, and questions.
- Managing the work on daily basis
- Setting the effective goals aiming for better quality, escalating sales, high speed and efficiency.
- Covering backup support of other team members in order to meet daily targets and client satisfaction
- Ensuring better collaboration, motivating and inspiring in the team
- It is the major responsibility is to learn quickly and participate in continues learning program

- Should be an excellent English communicator specially in terms of speaking and writing.
- Should have excellent basic computer knowledge
- Should have good skills in MS Office o Should have effective presentation skills
- Should have ability to communicate, interact with US clients and making sure client satisfaction
- Should have good analytical skills and ability to understand complicated matters
- Preferably should have basic understanding of legal services, insurance, general business principals, analytical research and analysis
- Should have skills in handling complicated queries, issues, complaints, and questions.
- Strong commitment and passion required to complete daily targets and objectives
- Should have ability to understand and quickly learn how to perform quality work performing job on high speed and efficiency
- Should have impressive collaboration and team management skills
- Should have strong passion to learn and adapt new learnings
- Exploring and continuously improving understanding of the relevant domains
- Needs to be very patient and motivated to perform extra work and to work on flexible timing if required
- Experience in customer support or BPO services will be preferred
Education and Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree completed in any field including business IT, engineering, or commerce from an accredited institution.
Fast Career Progression& Attractive Salaries:
For the first three months during training and probation period, Monthly Gross Salary starting from Rs. 30,000/- minimum plus Monthly Performance Bonus of Rs. 10,000/- and title will be Trainee BPO Associate o After 3 months or probation confirmation, you salary will be revised to Rs. 45,000/- plus Monthly performance bonus will be Rs. 15,000/- and promoted as BPO Associate
