Job Requirements:
- · Manage daily vehicle entry system at the pay booth/CSR Room.
- · Make payment receipts/Invoices and keep proper record.
- · Properly maintain the Invoice book record.
- · Manage appointments/complaints of the customers.
- · Data entry of payment receipts/Invoices in Google Doc.
- · Fee Reconciliation and submit report to Station Manager.
- · Cash Handling at the pay booth and maintain cash register.
Qualification & Experience:
· B.Com, or equivalent.
· 0-1 years of experience in the field of customer services or relevant to data entry etc.
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Excel, Power Point, Word)
· Data Entry skills.
· Customer handling skills.
