We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement activities. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents and maintaining HRIS.
Description:
- Manage the complete recruitment process and life cycle, from sourcing to employee onboarding.
- Liaising with recruitment partners that include job portals and university placement offices.
- Look after various talent acquisition platform and actively look for potential candidates.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and other onboarding formalities.
- Help in maintaining and updating Human Resource Information System and Applicant Tracking.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist in reporting employees’ grievances
- Help in developing fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Propose and take part in various employee engagement activities.
- Assist in documenting performance appraisal cycle.
- Record HR analytics such as interview stats employee turnover rate.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
