Job Description :
Training will be provided to new joiner’s:
• Review consumers' electricity usage and rates using
utility-provided data.
• Enter customer data into Salesforce and support the
maintenance of our customer database for sales and
invoicing purposes.
• Provide back-up support to our sales and customer
service teams by answering incoming customer calls.
• Provide research support, including gathering
competitive intelligence, market sizing, and identifying
local events or organizations that may be of value to our
outreach efforts.
• Assist with sales presentations and proposals, and with
outreach at fairs or other tabling events.
