We are looking for an Accounts Officer who is well versed with book-keeping to record and manage day to day accounts of our business.
Individual should be bright, energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a “Can Do” attitude.
Key Skills:
· Excellent English oral and written communication skills
· Good experience and understanding of Microsoft Office 365
· Ability to multi-task while also working with precision and accuracy
· Good time management.
- B. Com or other relevant qualification would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of all receipts and expenditures.
· Credit Control Management: Accurate and timely invoicing of charges to customers
· Obtain and maintain proper documentation for all expenditures and payables, including staff expense reports.
· Implement cost savings initiatives.
· Preparation of statutory accounts and working papers
· Book-keeping on MS Excel
· Familiar with tax treatment of expenses and benefits.
- Must be able to work UK based office times (currently 1pm to 10pm Pakistan time).
