- Develop business & go to market strategies
- Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business
- Develop innovative strategies for retaining clients; this includes undertaking interviews in order to get feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
- Identify the key drivers and generate sound hypotheses to solve our critical growth issues
- Contribute in developing and improving our sales & marketing strategy
- Supervise database of client relationship management and utilize the results
