Responsibilities:
1. Serving as the first point of contact for end-user support of computer systems/network on a routine basis via IT Helpdesk.
2. Responsible for machine preparations, software installation, and systems' maintenance.
3. Responsible for maintenance of End user devices i.e., Printers, Projectors, Video Conferencing Solutions, etc.
4. Troubleshooting and fixing End users Network Connectivity Issues.
Qualification and Skills:
1. Bachelor degree in CS or IT.
2. CGP must be greater than 3
3. Good oral and written communication skills.
4. Keen interest in Computer hardware, operating system and networks.
5. Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.
Contract Period: 6 months
Experience: Fresh or 6 months
