Job Description:
- Monitor all IT infrastructure, Network Devices, systems, Printer, Photocopier, Cameras and Take necessary Steps for maintenance.
- Maintaining IT Related Record, Log, Password, Printer, Asst Information, Equipment Files in soft and Hard Form.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Installing, configuring, and updating the network software as well as maintaining hardware and network devices.
- Manage CCTV cameras and attendance system of all branches within & out city up to date
- Note Query/Complain from User and take necessary Steps and action for this.
