KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Store Operations

1. Maintain compliance with retail operations and policies.
2. Provide feedback to retail and supply chain regarding new and current product lines.
3. Prepare monthly duty roster & upload to TimeTrax and monitor daily attendance.
4. Ensure in store and stock room organization as per SOPs and guidelines,
5. Undertake store walk accompanied by Assistant Store Manager and notify concerns if any and suggest actions.
6. Manage store expenses according to the allocated budget.
7. Devise monthly sales plan for each category based on UPT and store conversion.
8. Prepare daily cash reports and forward it to finance for review.
9. Conduct daily, weekly, monthly sale review meeting with team.

Inventory Management

1. Provide feedback to product and concept leads regarding new/current product lines, product requests, future
arrivals and faulty products.
2. Check adequacy of assortment and design to size ratio.
3. Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain.
4. Ensure regular store inventory audit and share reports with Area Manager.
5. Monitor and establish better controls to avoid inventory pilferage
6. Performs random stock audit at stores to ensure effective inventory management
7. Ensure availability of right product mix at stores with the help of supply chain.
8. Stock room management, proper stacking easy access to sizes and codes.

Customer Services Management

1. Implement customer services guideline, ensure staff connect with customers in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Guide staff to engage with customers in a product related conversations for enhancing sales performance.
3. Provide active customer services and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
4. Resolve exchange related issues as per policy and handle regular customers on priority basis for resolution of their
issues
Compliance with Brand Experience Guidelines

1. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and brand experience guidelines.
2. Educate staff on brand experience parameters and monitor adherence to stated guidelines.
3. Ensure quality rollout and maintenance of a period planogram and brand experience standard.

Safety & Security Management
1. Supervise staff in conducting periodic stock count, highlight discrepancy and take measures for resolution.
2. Ensure security tagging and maintenance of anti-theft alarm system.
3. Ensure safety and security within store premises through operational security devices and equipment’s (CCTV,
Deactivator, and Safe Box).
4. Compile and report incident reports to supervisor, report any equipment breakage or customer related incident to
supervisor.Work to resolve audit queries and closure of observations raised.

People Management

1. Manage performance of subordinates through objective setting, continuous support and feedback and
performance appraisals.
2. Recreate, synergies and ensure seamless interaction among subordinates.
3. Manage day to day staff issues.
4. Ensure staff grooming and standard as per the company policy.
