Directly overseeing the CSS team
Should be self-driven on developing proposals with good understanding of RFPs
Project planning and execution with quality and efficiency
To train, develop and evaluate subordinates under the domain.
Other responsibilities would include (but not limited to) prospecting & selling, project design &
management, data validations & analysis, preparing reports and making presentations to clients.
Additionally you will be expected to support the company on new product development. Employment would be subject to company policies to be determined and updated from time to time.
