Management Trainee Officers shall be provided a structured & comprehensive training relevant to the field HR. MTOs shall be provided the foundations concerning the areas of Human Resources Management. They shall deal with (but not limited to), the following areas:
- Compensation & Benefits
- Recruitment & Selection
- Training & Development
- Administration & Facilities Management
Skills Required:
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Computer proficiency particularly MS office
