Contract Duration: 6 Months
Job Duties:
- Assisting in handling recruitment processes. Job posting through job portals and coordination with various universities placement offices.
- Short listing of job applicants and interview scheduling.
- Assisting in onboarding of new joiners/interns.
- Assisting in exit process.
- Data entry and maintaining of all necessary employee records/files.
- Issuance of necessary letters (joining, offer, confirmation etc.)
- Employee medical/health insurance claims handling.
- Coordination with vendors on day-to-day basis.
- Handling employee’s queries on daily basis.
- Executing any other required operations.
Requirements:
Candidate must be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications. (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken) with professional outlook.
