The Programs Coordinator is a full-time, contractual role that will report to the Operations Manager for Pakistan. The primary responsibilities of the Programs Coordinator will be to ensure accurate and timely data entry and management for the programs and provide support with quality assurance and regular monitoring of the programs. The job description below outlines a broad scope of responsibilities (these may be subject to change based on FYEP strategy).

KEY DELIVERABLES
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Support in oversight and monitoring of the implementation and delivery of training programs to
ensure key program objectives of quality and sustainability are always met.
Support with troubleshooting and resolving any operational issues that may come up during the
course of the program.

Support in ensuring program delivery is aligned with our methodology and standard operating
procedures across the recruitment, training, and employment transition phases, including but not
limited to following:



Recruitment: Support the team with the recruitment of participants:

  • Track daily recruitment statistics to ensure recruitment is progressing at the desired pace
  • and is aligned with the program requirements;
  • Monitor each channel’s success in recruitment by tracking its conversion rate and
  • compiling a recruitment report at the end of each recruitment cycle;
  • Monitor the selection of students to ensure it is in accordance with the recruitment
  • guidelines and screening requirements of the respective program; ensure that all requisite
  • data points are duly updated and each applicant’s profile is complete on the online
  • systems.

Bootcamp: Support with oversight and monitoring of the training program’s quality throughout its
lifecycle:

  • Support with ensuring quality assurance on various stages of methodology;
  • Collaborate with the team to evaluate the success of the program against agreed-upon objectives; flag and report with the team any areas that need attention in a timely manner;
  • Ensure all data around learner attendance and performance is updated as per the agreedupon cadence; update internal systems with the attendance data on a daily basis and
  • generate weekly reports on learner performance during the course of the bootcamp;
  • Track learner support provided as part of the program in the respective trackers and support with shipping out any technological devices that may be required by learners to successfully complete the program.

PROGRAM COORDINATION

  • Support with consistent communication with and between the Project Team, the students, and the FYEP Senior Management to ensure effective coordination, timely updates, and an overall
    successful execution of the Program.
  • Escalate and report to the FYEP Senior Management in case of any systems, data, compliance, or
    other related issues to ensure that the Program requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned by the FYEP Senior Management Team
