Pakistan Microfinance Network plans to build a digital services platform offering various digital services in shared hosting environment for its members. The platform will host various financial tools and solutions including workflow based product modules, middleware, integrated services, core banking and general ledger solutions, MIS and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior working experience in a technology setup with a financial institution or with financial platforms technology setup.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages and coordinates product development based on business requirements
• Develop functional specifications using business requirements adding additional details to make requirements robust, future oriented, dynamic and efficient
• Add expert level analysis and opinion of requirements definition adding missing pieces
• Should be able to present multiple solutions (wherever applicable) based on problem identification
• Should be able to interface between technology, project office and vendors
• Should be able to assess, validate and signoff solution specifications from vendors ensuring delivery of requirements as desired
• Should be able to define test cases, use cases and other relevant supporting documents for end users, vendors and other stakeholders
• Responsible for end user documentation and trainings
• Responsible for developing business cases and financial models
• Work closely with process development work stream for BPR
• Work closely with information security, finance and accounts and operations work streams
• Manage change management process with technology and project office
• Develop project reporting to project office
• Perform impact analysis on change requests and identify changes and impact based on change requests
• Develop and manage release management for project phases
• Works with other team members to establish a 5-year strategy plan for the platform with TCO
• Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports for management
• Should demonstrate knowledge of and ability to design, build, and develop new products, services, and processes
• Understanding of key market indices and information to benchmark
• Should be able to analyze data, prepare reports, and create publications
• Prepare UAT environment and manage UAT
• Work with technology and vendor on issue resolutions
• Take required signoffs on requirements, test cases, UAT and other relevant project documentation

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant hands on project management experience (preferably in the field of financial services sector)
