Job Description

• Financial Performance and Transparency:
• The FAS will assist with the preparation of the report, especially in terms of data collection, data verification, and
• development of financial statements as per MIX and PMR formats and completion of engagement with The Mix and PMR
• templates
• Work closely with PMN members to collect, compile and verify data for the Pakistan Microfinance Review (PMR) report and
• complete the data collection tool (DCT) as per MIX’s requirements
• Update data for Pakistan’s microfinance industry on The MIX Market
• Update records on SharePoint
• Assist with the preparation of the PMR
• Support the FA in Editorial Board meetings for the PMR
• Support the FA in maintaining partnership with the MIX (by participating in meetings)
• Research and Financial Analysis:
• Assist in research papers and data collection as assigned by the FA
• Assist in preparing PMN’s financial research publications
• Assist in preparation of presentations for disseminating research findings at forums
• Support in preparing PMN research publications
• Manage the preparation and publication of quarterly Micro Watch
• Respond to external data queries

Identification of Risks:

• Assist in development of the Risk Matrix
• Assist in conducting the Risk Survey every two years

Management of Risks:

• Assisting in capacity building of the sector by organizing trainings and workshops
• Assist in holding periodic meetings of the Risk Forum in order to facilitate peer learning
