Pakistan Microfinance Network plans to build a digital services platform offering various digital services in shared hosting environment for its members. The platform will host various financial tools and solutions including workflow based product modules, middleware, integrated services, core banking and general ledger solutions, MIS and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior working experience in a technology setup with a financial institution or with financial platforms technology setup.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering presentations and briefings as required
  • Designing and prepares technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results, prepares and delivers presentations, training, and briefings as required
  • Support Program director on the initiative of building Digital services platform (DSP)
  • Support in building and managing DSP's Networks, IT services and operations, Operations and Support teams
  • Work closely with program director to create a detailed project plan
  • Track resources and time required to meet product requirements, identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
  • Maintain oversight on work streams tasks and milestones and provide relevant tracking, status and progress reports
  • Manage project budgets overall
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, audit & information security
  • Manage project communication
  • Manage project change management
  • Manage project documentation
  • Manage working group and steering committee sessions, responsible for ensuring timely communication, sending presentations and other related material, managing and keeping track of signoffs etc.
  • Provide status and progress reports within project and to other stakeholders
  • Manage knowledge repository
  • Manage optimum utilization of project resources
  • Manage vendor resource utilization
  • Manage time and material contracts wherever required
  • Manage change requests and related tasks like change impact, financials, delivery expectations, document signoffs, UAT's and training etc.

Required Qualification and Skills:

Basic Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant hands on Financial Services experience
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving ability, energy and a desire towards bringing about financial inclusion for base of pyramid customers
