Pakistan Microfinance Network plans to build a digital services platform offering various digital services in shared hosting environment for its members. The platform will host various financial tools and solutions including workflow based product modules, middleware, integrated services, core banking and general ledger solutions, MIS and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior working experience in a technology setup with a financial institution or with financial platforms technology setup.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with the project office on delivery of project milestones and tasks
• Build status reporting templates and provide visibility of status to project office
• Providing advanced technical knowledge and mange development and customization of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
• Applying principles and methods of the functional area to difficult problems in technical areas to arrive at automated solutions
• Conceptualizing, and planning of financial services technical platforms including infrastructure, architecture, hardware, development and customization of financial middleware and other digital modules for financial products, integrations with financial institutions banking platforms, vendor management, development of open API's
• Knowledge of systems integration, project management, technology operations, software development is a must
• Knowledge and hands on experience of payment platforms, core banking solutions, financial switches and middleware, financial API's
• Ability to develop and manage technology budgets and CAPEX/OPEX plans for subsequent years
• Knowledge of integrations with various access channels such as USSD, SMS, WAP, App etc
• Knowledge of Mobile App development for both IOS and Android
• Understanding of relevant security requirements for financial platforms
• Should manage end user technical documentation, operations and system manuals
• Responsible for operations and technology setup
• Responsible for performance and stress testing
• Responsible for infrastructure, product, staging and UAT's environment
• Responsible for preparing DR plans
• Responsible for change and configuration management
• Work with project stakeholders on integrations and capacity and capability enhancement
• Manage issue resolution relating to QA and UAT with vendor

Required Qualification and Skills:

Basic Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant hands on experience with payment setup, middleware and financial services platforms (core banking, financial products) experience
• Prior experiences of working with financial institution or technology setup in similar capacity as this role desires
